2001 Intrigue Heater switch works on high and low only

HI:
The heater on my 2001 Olds Intrigue only works on the low setting and the high setting. I understand this is a common problem with these and needs to have a relay?? replaced. What is the proper name for this and where would it be located? Is it easy to get to? A photo might help if someone has one
