I just bought a 2001 Civic Lx. Both the rear power windows don't do down from any of the switches. I don't hear any noise when the buttons are pressed. Where should I start. Any help would be appreciated. Also is there any way to tell if the Timing belt was changed ?

hello, having some problems with my civic, driving home at 70 cruise on, engine light comes on few seconds later starts jerking and sputtering like its out of gas.... wont go over 3000 rpms, sometimes does it when its under that. made it about 20 miles like that, then just died. blew the fuel pump..
