2001 Grand Caravan

Can someone tell me EXACTLY where the interior fuse box is in this vehicle? Two days ago, I plugged my cell charger into the cig. lighter/power outlet and now that outlet and the radio have no power. Guessing I blew a fuse, but I can't find the fuse box. I checked the fuse box/PDC under the hood ..

I am having problems with my HVAC system. I know the power and recirc button trick to recalibrate but it is too cold, I think, to get it to perform currently. (I read somewhere that ambient temperature has to be 50ish degrees.) Are there other button pushing configerations to generate error cod..

All three of my rear brake lights are out. I figured it was a fuse. Found the fuse box but cannot locate which fuse. Can someone tell me which fuse to check. The manual says nothing about the fuse box or fuses. Thanks
