1999 jeep grand cheerokee stalling out

i have a 1999 jeep and it drive like new no problems but it stall out like it shuts off when u get to the 110 mph cut off when it dies u can start it back in a min or two sometimes when its at idle but it has to idle for a long time but i have replaced the cooling temp sencor ,oil pressure sending sencor ,battery, compleat fuel system front to back 4 times, coil pack, map sencor , battery, starter, soomdays it will do it and soomdays it want 10 mecs have tried to fix it but they cannt it runns no codes and no miss 3 of the mecs was at the jeep dealership but i did find out when it dies the power to the fuel pump and the coil loose power the auto shut down kw as the asd relay kicks on its been replaced and all relays as well im in to it for a grand so i need to find out what the problem is any one that can help me , my wife and two kids will greatly app it i work out of state and they use it and it strads them all the time i c alot of jeeps and dodges are haven the same problems but noone kws what to fix and it dont have any recalls that will fix it can someone help

well is there anyone who can help or is everyone stumped as well cause i know i am forsure
