Post subject: 1999 to 1997 tranny swap

Hi all. New guy here. I just picked up a 99 legacy L and I was gonna swap the5 speed outta that car into my 97 gt. And the rear end too. Was wondering if there is any tricks to the swap and if the ratio is the same for both cars.

Thanks,
Dawg
