I bought this car off a dealership lot.
It had a true 40,000 km odometer reading.
It burned a lot of oil.
I brought it to mech and he said the 1of 4 (or all 4)cam sensor O
rings was leaking.
due to it's lack of use.
Is this a common problem for a car that has not been used much?

Thanks for any help.

To say "it burned a lot of oil" implies blue smoke is visible out of the
exhaust pipe.

Typically there is only one cam sensor, and if it leaks the oil does not
get into the combustion chamber. The only way oil can get into the
combustion chamber is through the piston rings or valve stem seals. So
this "diagnosis" does not make sense for any modern engine design, be it
Chrysler or not. If it is burning oil, compression and leak-down tests
will prove if the rings are the cause.
