Post subject: 1998 Honda Accord Problem..Transmission?

I seem to be having a problem with my transmission in D4 (and sometimes D3)

So the problem occurs mainly in D4 (a little in D3, but way less). So the problem is: When my car goes from 1000 RPM to >2000 RPM too fast the transmission begins to jerk and you can feel it on the inside. It feels as if you're shifting gears and something went horribly wrong. This happens in D4 on a regular basis, but on D3 only once in a while.

Since the problem mainly occurs in D4, I believe my transmission may not be entirely to blame.

Can anyone help with this problem?

Thanks in advance!
