Question? 1997 Cadillac Deville side marker - turn - stead..

I just replaced the headlamps, side marker lights, new battery. all
new working tested LL bulbs etc. Normally when you put the left or
right turn signal on the white side lights come on to illuminate where
you are turning. They have always worked fine but now after replacing
everything and triple checking it they do not come on. I have tried
it while in park, drive, driving, turning, fast slow etc. Is there a
stupid trick or a switch somewhere? Did I reset something when I
swapped out the battery? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Have you tested the fuses? I do believe they are located in the trunk
behind the left back wall felt covering
