1997 Dodge Caravan Trouble, Please Help

Hi there,

I have a 1997 Dodge Caravan which I am leasing because I couldn't buy outright. I've had her for almost a year. She has high mileage, but never really gave me a problem before. I make sure she gets oilchanges and maintanence regularly. Just over a week again my radiator blew. I don't know much about cars, but I guess the coolant was leaking into my transmission. Luckily my dad and his friend could do the work, and it was cheap as far as repairs go. I put in a new rad, and flushed the transmission. Yesterday she started to hesitate when I tried to drive. Like she just didn't want to go. Today she stalled, at every light and stop sign. I have no idea what to do. I'm a single mom, and a college student, so finances are tight. Does anyone know what this could be, and how to fix the problem.
