1996 Dodge Intrepid

Windshield wipers not functioning. Have checked all fuses. Have replaced multi-functional lever on steering column. Wiper motor is working. Any suggestions?

I changed the inner tie rod bushings on my 1996 Dodge Intrepid an every since then I am not able to turn all the way to the right. I also has caused one of my lines on my Rack to start leaking. Doe anyone have any idea why this might be happening
