Turn signal problem.

I had the turnsignal/lights switch replaced already because it went bad. Now When i go to use my turn signal, The lights dont flash, they just say lit. Even on the inside of the car the turn signal green arrows stay lit too. Ive checked to fuse and replaced, but no luck. could it be somthing with the bulbs. they all look functional. Thanks, frankie
