I have a 1995 Honda Civic LX with an inoperative horn.When I push the horn button I can hear the horn relay click and I am getting 12 volts at the end of the wiring harness where it connects to the actual horn. I have hooked the horn directly to the battery and it sounds.Any ideas on why it doesn'..

I'm buying one with a broken left headlight unit - looks like it was shot with a pellet gun. How do I go about replacing it, and does anyone have a good source for the replacement light? Honda wants $101 for it. Plus tax.
