Post subject: 1994 buick regal custom turn signal problem

Hi, I have 1994 buick regal custom. left turn signal does not work. alarm signals work, right turn works, when i turn the left one on the arrow on the dash board is steadily on and the signals don't react.
if anyone could advise i would appreciate, what could that be?
