Post subject: 1993 Z71 Hard to Start

Owned 14yrs, 3rd owner, 199,850 miles. No problems till now. Hard to start, floods like crazy. Hold accelerator down till it clears out. Nose dives when i start down the road. May or maynot die at stops. Hard to start if i stop somewhere. Have to hold almost to the floor, then when it starts it floods again. Have to let i clear out before putting in gear to go. Is computer possibly bad, TBI,?? I put new fuel pump 4yrs ago. I'm lost. Truck runs excellent once it gets started. Problem is when i stop then try to restart. Old vehicles were easier to work on before computers! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
