1993 HONDA DX : STARTING PROBLEM

hey, on Friday, I drove to work and back home fine. later that day, i started my car and started to drive down the street, i notice the car wasnt moving as strong as it usually does. If i was to give it gas, it wouldnt accelerated as fast as it usually does. After driving about 15km, my car suddenly just gave out and drove very very weak. I was going 60km then it felt like the governor just kicked in, it said on the speedometer i was going 40km, but it felt more like 20km. then my car came to a stop. then i turn off my car then turn it back on, but it wouldnt start. Today i replace the spark plug wires and the Distributor cap and Rotor. But my car still doesn't start. Anyone know what could have happened? maybe new spark plugs? unno.
