Post subject: 1992 camry won't start

In the morning I started my car and drove for at least a mile. turn
off car went to store, 5 minute later I tried to start the car again
and it won't star. I wait about 15 minute and the car started with no
problems. If iI drive the car for longer period of time I don't have
the problem. I thing is a relay switch, not the starter.

take off the starter and have it tested and check your battery cables
for corrosion. when it doesn't start, quickly hit the ignition with
two quick jerks to see if it'll start. if it does it's the starter.
but autozone test it for free. |

I suggest you check the battery terminals *first*, and then maybe

1992 Toyota Camry PVC - The engine warning light on my 1992 Toyota camry V6 XLE is on. Could this be from a bad PVC? If so where is it located on the engine? What other problem would cause the warning light to come on? Thanks, Ed
1992 camry v6le slipping in reverse only - Just changed fluid and filter in auto trans, and 2 days later reverse seems to be slipping badly. noticed that it seemed to jump back and forth between 2nd and 3rd when throttling hard, right before i noticed the reverse was slipping. after it warmed up....
Help !! 89 Camry won't start - i have a 89 Camry 4 cylinder. I changed the plugs due one bad. now the car won;t start. When I engage the starter, it sounds like it fires a couple of cylinders but doesn't continue. i put some gas in the intake and the engine runs great. i think.. |
