1991 Isuzu pup wont start

I have a 1991 Isuzu pup with 236,000 miles on it, last year i put a new starter in it and this year i put a new timing belt in it. Up until yesterday it ran and started fine. after coming home from work i went out to start it and it barely started, after turning it off, when i tried to restart it again, it wont turn over. All the dashboard lights work, as well as the seat belt buzzer, headlights work and honking the horn with lights on do not dim the lights.
When the key is turned sometimes it will click once or twice but most of the time it will make no sound.
