Post subject: 1991 Civic dashlights

| 91 Civic has a little quirk. When it is below freezing out the
dashlights will not come on. When the weather warms up they come
back. Explain! I also have a CRV that does the same thing with the
turn signal. As my father says "Hondas are self healing."
