Post subject: 1990 mitsubishi pajero 2.3d intercooling turbo

having problems starting.was going good then all of a sudden it wont fire up.turns over with out any problems.checked the fuel,timing belt and fuses all ok.need advice as to what to do now.help would be much appreciated

pajero 2.8td cuts out when cold - i own pajero 2.8td 1994 problems usualy when cold in mornings. revs die black smoke then it cuts out.starts again after turning over a few times then seems to be fine for the rest of the day, till next morning,sometimes oil light dont come on when first....
