Post subject: 1990 Ford E150 Starting Problems

I have a 1990 Ford E150 Van with a V8 5.0L engine. It will not start. Everything inside the hood has been recently replaced. When I try to start it, it cranks and sounds like the battery is drained. I tried to jump the van but it still wouldn't turn over. Any ideas?
