1988 mazda 323 blown headgasket repair?

Hi everyone, i'm new here, i'm in Australia and iv been trying to find information on how to remove and replace the head gasket on a 1988 mazda 323 carby motor and the timing belt as well as tune the carby.

any help and manual info or copies of workshop manuals for these would be greatly appreciated,
