Post subject: 1986 300e stalling

I have a 1986 300e that has loped when started for the last two years. It has just started loping at stop lights even after warmed up and is sporatically stalling - all dash lights on, engine dead. After a few minutes it will start back up. As it is winter, vapor lock does not seem likely and the fuel filters are fresh. Any thoughts?

Thanks.............
