In my '79 Celica's manual, they show it as being under the hood, passenger
side, near the charcoal canister for the EVAP emsiisions system . It looks
to be located under a (heat?) shield of some sorts. Manual says that
resistance should be "Approx. 1.4 ohms". HTH
