Cambelt change - I have just been quoted over £400 from a local garage to change the cambelt on my 156 2.0TS. This seems v. expensive as according to alfa the job should take approx 3.5 hours. Can someone let me know how much this work should cost? Thanks Stuart

£200 for a 147 belt change..... - Cheap, but too cheap? (full kit specified, not just the belt)

Cambelt change on a 156 - Hi, I have decided to change the cambelt on my 2002 Alfa 156 which has covered 45K miles before the inevitable happens. Can anyone recommend a decent garage around either Milton Keynes or St Albans and advise how much this will cost?? Thanks Stuart

156 spark plug change - Hi, Is it an easy job changing the plugs on a 156 (2002, 2.0TS)? I ask as I cant see them and if it likely to be hassle I will fire it off to the garage. Cheers, Rick

147 service due, cambelt change needed? - Hi, I have a 2003, 03 plate 147 2.0 manual. Its coming up to its 3rd anniversary next month which means time for the annual service. Its done a little over 15k miles. Do I need to consider changing the cambelt at this service given the low mileage?....
