Post subject: 03 wrx spark plug / ignition coil removal
Archived from groups: alt>autos>subaru (more info?)

I have a 2003 wrx and am not sure how to remove the ignition coil to change
the spark plug. Have removed the long bolt and the ignition coil is a
little loose but does not come off. Is it held on by suction from the spark
plug or is there another bolt or connector that needs to be removed?

Have not removed the wire connector on the ignition coil. Hoping to leave
it on and just remove the ignition coil.

Thanks,
