A couple of weeks ago during a cold snap (-20) I noticed a puddle of
antifreeze under my van. It appeared to be from the drivers side of
the radiator, but I can't see any leak, etc., and everything seems ok
now. I added about a quart of antifreeze to the reservoir (It was
down). Could it have been a thermostat (that appears OK) or cap
problem which blew out the overfill? Thanks.

First suspect would be the radiator hose on that side - maybe the clamp
is slightly loose. Slightly loose hose connections are real good at
leaking only when you're not looking and be totally dry when you're
trying to find the source of the leak (temperature and pressure
dependent - sometimes they leak when hot, sometimes cold - whichever is
the case when you're not looking at them). Smile
