Two options:
1. Buy new gaskets from <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.slhonda.com" target="_blank">www.slhonda.com</a> or
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/jsp/mws/catdisplay.jsp" target="_blank">http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/jsp/mws/catdisplay.jsp</a> . Disassemble
tail light assembly (it's pretty self-evident). Install.
2. Disassemble tail light assembly. Clean old gaskets. Buy silicone caulking and
apply to both sides. Advantage: Cheaper. Disadvantage: When this next leaks,
cleaning off the old caulking may be a chore.
I went with option 2 about 2 years ago on my 1991 Civic. The repair is holding
fine.
